Seating Arrangements and Room Set-up
Most rooms can be set up to match your plans. We offer flexible seating ranging from eight to 12 guests per table.

Ceremony Room
Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa at Gainey Ranch can create a ceremony room, set in round or chapel style. Choose from any number of venues to find the one to suit your style. All ceremonies held at Hyatt Regency Scottsdale must be accompanied by a reception at the hotel.

Wedding Cake
Our pastry chef can design your perfect wedding cake. Choose from a variety of designs, styles and flavors. Our pastry chef is available during the tasting to discuss all of the details for your one-of-a-kind creation. Your wedding cake will be made on premise to your specifications and priced between $10.00-$20.00 per person. The cake can also be included in your wedding menu if no dessert is served.
Gold Passport
Hyatt Gold Passport points are awarded for all food and beverage purchased for your wedding at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa at Gainey Ranch. Two points are awarded for each dollar spent for all events starting after 5 p.m. Points can be used toward future overnight accommodations.
Pricing
A Food and Beverage minimum is applied to all events at Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa at Gainey Ranch. A non-refundable deposit will be required with the signed contract. Your final balance is due five business days prior to your wedding. Our menus and pricing are subject to change without notice until a final contract is signed. All Food and Beverage is subject to a 23% Service Charge and 7.95% Sales Tax.
Guarantee
A final number of guests is required three business days prior to your event. This number is your guarantee and may not be lowered. The hotel will prepare meals for 3% over the guaranteed count. Final charges are based on your guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is greater.
